This Privacy Policy explains how MyCloudBot ("we", "our", "Service") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our AI agent hosting platform.

When you use MyCloudBot, we collect:
- Telegram account data: your user ID, username, and display name (provided by Telegram when you interact with our bot)
- API keys: your Gemini or Anthropic API key, encrypted and stored to run your personal agent
- Conversation data: messages sent to your AI agent and the agent's responses, stored as memory files for context persistence
- Usage data: timestamps, command usage, subscription status
- Payment data: transaction IDs from Cryptomus (we do not store full payment card or wallet details)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and maintain your personal AI agent
- To provide memory persistence between sessions
- To process subscription payments
- To send service notifications via Telegram (e.g., subscription reminders)
- To monitor service performance and prevent abuse
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on dedicated servers (Hetzner Cloud, Frankfurt). We implement the following security measures:
- API keys are stored in restricted-access files on your personal agent instance
- Each user's agent is isolated in a separate directory with unique configuration
- Server access is restricted to authorized personnel only
- All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:
- AI model providers: your messages are sent to Google (Gemini) or Anthropic (Claude) using your own API key, subject to their respective privacy policies
- Payment processor: Cryptomus processes payments and receives necessary transaction data
- Legal requirements: we may disclose data if required by law
5. Data Retention
- Active accounts: data retained indefinitely while subscription is active
- Cancelled accounts: data retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted
- You may request immediate deletion by contacting support
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your agent's memory files
7. Cookies
Our website (mycloudbot.io) uses Google Analytics cookies for traffic analysis. These cookies do not contain personal information and can be blocked via browser settings.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
