Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Technical failure: If your agent was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure failure, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for that period
- Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period
- First payment within 48 hours: If you paid and have not used the service at all, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment
Non-Refundable Cases
- AI model API costs (paid directly to Google or Anthropic — outside our control)
- Subscription fees after the 48-hour window if the service was used
- Cancellation mid-cycle — your access continues until end of billing period, no partial refund
- Account suspended for Terms of Service violations
How to Request a Refund
Contact us via Telegram or email with your Telegram user ID and reason for refund request. We process refund requests within 3 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (cryptocurrency wallet via Cryptomus). Processing time depends on the blockchain network — typically 1–5 business days.
