These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MyCloudBot ("Service"), a SaaS platform that provides personal AI agent hosting via Telegram. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

MyCloudBot provides cloud-hosted personal AI agents accessible via Telegram. The Service operates on a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model — users provide their own API keys (Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude). MyCloudBot provides the hosting infrastructure, memory persistence, and Telegram integration.

2. Subscription and Payment

The Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis:

Standard plan: $33/month (hosting fee)
Founder plan: $19/month (promotional rate, locked for lifetime)
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
Payments are processed via Cryptomus (cryptocurrency) or other supported payment methods
The trial period (3 days) is provided free of charge for new users

3. BYOK Model and API Keys

MyCloudBot does not provide AI model access. Users must provide their own valid API keys from Google (Gemini) or Anthropic (Claude). MyCloudBot is not responsible for:

AI model API costs incurred by the user
Changes in API pricing or availability by third-party providers
Content generated by the AI models

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to compromise the security of the platform
Spam or harass other users

5. Data and Privacy

Your conversation history and agent memory files are stored on our servers. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your agent will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion.

See our Refund Policy for details. We offer a 3-day free trial so you can evaluate the Service before being charged.

8. Service Availability

We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses caused by Service interruptions.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via Telegram.
